AMECO Members Promote Back to School Safety PDF Print E-mail

September is "Back to School" season, and an important time for communities and families to discuss child safety. Below are some examples of how AMECO members have been doing just that.

  • Child Find Alberta has a downloadable PDF on their website titled "Back to School Safety Tips" that outlines ways children can keep safe while commuting to and from school. This is a handy tool that parents and educators can download and save or print and hang up as a reminder to their children.
  • Nevada Child Seekers are teaming up with the Cox Back to School Fair in their community to offer free child I.D. kits to families. Look for events in your community and take advantage of free child I.D. kits.

AMECO and our member organizations share child safety information year round. For more information on how you can keep children safe, visit our Make Noise page.
