Executive Director of AMECO Member CCCP Receives Honor PDF Print E-mail

AMECO is pleased to announce that Lianna McDonald, Executive Director of AMECO member Canadian Centre for Child Protection (CCCP) was recently awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal. This new commemorative medal is used to honor significant contributions and achievements by Canadians.

“Lianna McDonald has played an integral role in the program development for the Canadian Centre for Child Protection,” said Minister Vic Toews. “Lianna’s commitment to the protection and security of Canadian children has made the Canadian Centre for Child Protection and national programs such as Cybertip.ca and Missingkids.ca valuable resources to protect our children from online sexual exploitation and assist in the location of missing children.”
